The Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Dayo Mobereola, has been honoured with the Maritime Leadership Excellence Award at the 8th Anniversary Celebration of New Experience Newspaper held in Lagos.
The event, which brought together key stakeholders from the maritime, aviation, transport, and media sectors, celebrated individuals and organisations that have made significant contributions to national development through visionary leadership and service excellence.
Dr. Mobereola was recognized for his outstanding leadership in repositioning NIMASA, promoting maritime safety, and driving reforms aimed at enhancing Nigeria’s blue economy potential.
