The Commander of the Enugu State Forest Guard Command, DCP Akinbayo Olasoji (retd), has congratulated the Board Member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, on the occasion of his 49th birthday.
Dr. Olasoji extended his felicitation in a statement personally signed and made available to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) on Monday, October 6, 2025.
He described Dr. Ogunsan, who is also the Chairman of Executive Group, as a distinguished leader and friend whose life continues to reflect remarkable contributions to humanity.
According to the Enugu Forest Guard Commander, Dr. Ogunsan’s leadership qualities and service to the nation have earned him widespread respect and admiration.
“Your life remains an inspiring testimony of visionary leadership, faith, and patriotic service to our nation,” Olasoji stated.
He noted that through Dr. Ogunsan’s efforts in security sector reforms, youth empowerment, and public–private partnerships, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to national development.
The retired Deputy Commissioner of Police added that Dr. Ogunsan’s dedication to public service has made a positive impact on various institutions and communities across Nigeria.
Dr. Olasoji praised the celebrant’s humility, generosity, and spiritual depth, describing these as rare qualities that continue to influence lives both within and outside the country.
“We celebrate not only your achievements but also your humility, generosity, and spiritual depth that continue to influence lives across Nigeria and beyond,” he said.
He also prayed for continued divine blessings upon Dr. Ogunsan, wishing him greater grace, sound health, and renewed wisdom as he marks his 49th birthday.
“As you mark this special day, may God grant you greater grace, divine health, renewed wisdom, and multiplied favour in all your endeavours,” Olasoji added.
The Enugu Forest Guard Commander commended Dr. Ogunsan’s sustained contributions to national security and human capital development, emphasizing his role in strengthening collaboration between government and private stakeholders.
Olasoji noted that the LSSTF Board Member’s passion for youth development and entrepreneurship has continued to inspire emerging leaders across sectors.
He concluded his message by extending best wishes to Dr. Ogunsan on behalf of his family, the Enugu State Forest Guard Command, and in his personal capacity.
“On behalf of my family and the Enugu State Forest Guard Command, I wish you many more fruitful years of service to humanity and our dear country,” he said.
