Chief Chamberlain Oyibo, a former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited, has been honoured with the Outstanding Contribution to Nigerian Oil and Gas Award at the 8th New Experience Newspaper Anniversary Celebration held in Lagos.
