In a solemn gesture of sympathy, Citizen Bolaji O. Akinyemi, representing the Apostolic Round Table (ART) and Voice of His Word Ministries, has extended condolences to Bishop STV Adegbite, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission (NCPC), on the passing of his father, Pa Moses Adegbite.

In his message of comfort, Akinyemi described the late patriarch’s transition from earthly life as “a solemn reminder of the brevity of our earthly stewardship and the eternal accountability that awaits us all at the Bema Seat of Christ.”
Pa Moses Adegbite, according to Akinyemi, lived a life rooted in faith, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, service, and devotion that will continue to inspire generations.

“He was a beacon of godly character and unwavering commitment to his community,” Akinyemi said.

“His life exemplifies the virtues that every servant of the Lord should aspire to.”
Akinyemi prayed for the late Pa Adegbite to be received in glory with the commendation: “Welcome, thou good and faithful servant.”

He further offered words of encouragement to Bishop Adegbite and the entire Adegbite family, urging them to draw strength from the enduring example their patriarch left behind.

“The Holy Spirit will strengthen and uphold you through this season of grief,” Akinyemi said. “Baba’s life and labour for humanity will continue to inspire those who walk in the light of Yeshua the Christ.”

Representatives of ART and Voice of His Word Ministries noted that the loss is felt deeply not only by the immediate family but by the wider Christian community across Nigeria.

Bishop Adegbite, who has served with distinction at the NCPC, has often cited his father’s guidance and wisdom as instrumental in shaping his own spiritual and professional journey.

“While we mourn the passing of a revered father and community leader, we also celebrate a life well-lived,” Akinyemi added, highlighting the lessons of faith and service that Pa Adegbite imparted to his children and community.

Christian organizations nationwide have joined in prayers for God’s comfort and peace to envelop the Adegbite family during this difficult time.
